Ordering
Please note that our products are made fresh daily. Orders take from 1-3 business days to prepare before they are shipped, depending on our production schedule. We reserve the right to replace out-of-stock inventory with similar items of equal value. We vacuum-pack all meat products and safely ship them in an insulated cooler with dry ice, reusable frozen gel packs, and moisture absorption packets to maintain proper temperature and humidity. Depending on the duration of transit, products may arrive frozen. The cost of the cooler is $9.99 and is automatically added to all shipped orders.

- USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days)
Please note that orders to Alaska or Hawaii can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to correct or cancel any order with an incorrect shipping option.
