This pork kielbasa is seasoned with an old-world bouquet of salt, pepper, garlic, and a hint of marjoram. These 18-20" long rings are stuffed into 36-38mm thick natural casings and gently wood-smoked and cooked to seal their juiciness. One ring is approximately 1.5 lbs.
