This traditional frankfurter is made with cured ground pork and veal stuffed into a natural hog (28-30mm thick) or sheep (24-26mm thick) casing, then gently cooked and smoked. Great alternative to typical mass-produced American hot dogs! Can be boiled, pan-fried, roasted, or grilled. (4) large links are approximately 1.25 lb, (5) small links 0.75 lb.
