Beef Tripe

A traditional Polish meat stew in the form of a dense soup. Cleaned strips of beef tripe slow-cooked in a broth with intense essences of pepper, nutmeg, ginger, then stuffed into a unique 14" by 3" plastic casing. Simply remove from the casing and reheat! Approximately 2.5 lbs.
