We only work with the finest quality meats, such as Certified Angus Beef and farm-raised pork from Pennsylvania and Canada. All items are 100% guaranteed to be fresh and not damaged or defective. Sadly, we cannot offer refunds on items that were ordered incorrectly, and due to how quickly our products are shipped we cannot offer cancellations once an order is placed. We will happily offer refunds on any mistaken or damaged products in the form of either store credit towards the next purchase or reimbursement minus any delivery fees. Due to the perishable nature of the product any claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must be submitted via email to email@example.com and have attached legible digital photograph(s) of the error/damage.
