Refund Policy

We take great pride in making sure what you order is what you get. However, we reserve the right to make substitutions at our discretion based on item availability. Sadly, we cannot offer refunds on items that were ordered incorrectly, and cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed. We will happily offer refunds on any incorrect or damaged items in the form of reimbursement or store credit towards your next purchase. Due to the perishable nature of the product any claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must be submitted via email to info@piast.us and have attached legible digital photograph(s) of the error/damage.
