Country Style Kielbasa

A basic, medium-lean, lightly smoked kielbasa, best served warm. These 10-12" long pork rings are flavored with black pepper, allspice, marjoram, nutmeg, and garlic and stuffed into a 36-38mm thick hog casing. Wood-smoked and then cooked in water for a smooth texture and juicy flavor. One ring is approximately 1 lb.
