This half-slab bacon is cured in an herbal brine of natural spices including salt, celery powder, pepper, garlic, coriander, allspice, and bay leaves. No added nitrates. A more traditional flavor perfect for sandwiches, pan-frying, or as an addition to dishes such as stews. Whole is approximately 6 lbs.
