Podlachia Kielbasa

Named after the historical region in the eastern part of Poland, these 10-12" long pork rings are seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic in a 36-38mm thick hog casing. A basic, medium-lean kielbasa that is wood-smoked, cooked in water, and best served warm. A smooth texture and juicy flavor, perfect for stews such as bigos. One ring is approximately 1 lb.
