Also known as “Kabanosy”, this signature Polish kielbasa is thin, hard, and chewy. 18-20" long rings of ground pork and veal in a 24-26mm thick sheep casing with flavors of salt, black pepper, allspice, nutmeg, and garlic. It is slow-smoked, then air-dried. Very strong smoky pepper flavor and dry in texture. Perfect for traveling or outdoor activities. One ring is approximately .5 lbs.
