Uncured Hunter Ham

This unique, uncured wide cut of ham is marinated in an all-natural herbal brine. This traditional recipe is how home-smoked meats are prepared in Poland. Cooked and naturally wood smoked and sprinkled with ground black pepper. A mouth-watering sandwich meat with its tasty thin strip of bacon fat. No added nitrates or nitrites. Whole is approximately 2 lbs.
