Beef Pastrami

This classic New York beef navel pastrami, often called the "king" of pastrami, is a rich, fatty, and intensely flavorful cut from the beef belly. Slow-cured and coated with a thick rub of coriander, garlic, allspice, black pepper, and spices, then smoked and steam-cooked for a tender, juicy, and highly marbled experience. Best served with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing. Slice it thin and stack it high!
