Substitutions

Sometimes an item you ordered may not be in stock in time for your shipping window. In this case, we reserve the right to substitute this item with a similar one of equal or greater value.

Damaged items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt to verify that the packaging of any items is not opened or damaged. If not, do not consume the contents. Please email us at info@piast.com with a picture of the damaged items. Refunds will be issued in the form of reimbursement or store credit towards your next purchase. 

Incorrect items

If you received an incorrect item, email us at info@piast.com with a picture of the incorrect items. Refunds will be issued in the form of reimbursement or store credit towards your next purchase.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking number shows that your order was delivered, but you have not received it, please first check around your home, and your neighbors' residences. If you still cannot locate it, please email us at info@piast.com and we will contact the carrier. Please know that your order is automatically fully insured. If it is not found, you will have the option to have your order either refunded or reordered at no additional cost.

Delayed packages

If you order has encountered a shipping delay, please inspect your package immediately upon receipt to verify that all perishable items are at freezer or refrigerator temperature. If not, do not consume the items. Please know that your order is automatically fully insured for any and all delays, including those caused by inclement weather. You will have the option to have your order either refunded or reordered at no additional cost. Please email us at info@piast.com.

Changing delivery date or destination

Unfortunately, once your package has shipped we cannot push back the delivery date or change the destination without exceeding the 2-day transit window. This scenario is not covered by our insurance. Please ask a neighbor to bring your package in and refrigerate or freeze the contents.

Route is the company that provides our shipping insurance. Your order is automatically protected against all risks, including loss, theft, damage, and spoilage due to delay. You will have the option to have your order either refunded or reordered at no additional cost. Route is a licensed insurance company with SEG Insurance Ltd. as its partner.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
