A runaway hit! Lean, quality beef top rounds are hand-cut into 1/2" thick footlong strips, marinated overnight in our signature spices, then fire-roasted over hardwood logs for a juicy, smoky texture. A fantastic snack that is lean, chewy, and perfectly spicy! Approximately 10 strips per lb.
