Bavarian Style Pork Shank

Our savory, decadent Bavarian Style Pork Shank is made from a thick, tasty cut of meat and bone from the upper ham leg. Marinated in our signature brine, coated with beer and spices, then slow-roasted to perfection. Approximately 3 lbs.

Cooking instructions: Remove from packaging and place on baking sheet with wire rack. Add 1 cup of water onto baking sheet. Wrap baking sheet and entire shank with aluminum foil. Bake for at 350℉ for 30 minutes. Top with caramelized onions (not included).
