Polish Kielbasa

This traditional pork kielbasa is seasoned with a simple old-world bouquet of garlic, salt, and pepper, plus a dash of mustard seed. These 10-12" long pork rings are stuffed into 36-38mm thick hog casings that are gently smoked, then cooked in water to seal their juiciness. One ring is approximately 2 lbs.
