Smoked Baby Back Ribs
Our own butcher-cut rack of meaty baby back pork ribs, cured in our signature brine and gently wood-smoked for an irresistible glistening texture and flavor. Baby back ribs originate from the blade and center section of the pork loin and are known for their tenderness, and are leaner than a spare rib. Perfect finger food for a barbeque or a party! Full rack has 10-12 ribs and weighs approximately 3 lbs.
