This tranditional cold cut gets its name from the Tyrolean mountains in Austria. It is made from marinated pork seasoned with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then stuffed into a small round casing and cooked. Beautiful on sandwiches! Whole is approximately 5 lbs.
