Polish Kielbasa
Kiełbasa Zwyczajna
This basic pork kielbasa is seasoned with a simple old-world bouquet of garlic, salt, and pepper, plus a dash of mustard seed. These 18-20" long pork rings are stuffed into 36-38mm thick hog casings and gently smoked and cooked to seal their juiciness. One ring is approximately 1.5 lbs.
