Smoked Salmon

Our famous homemade Smoked Salmon is made from thick fillets of premium Chilean salmon cured in a savory brine flavored with brown sugar, white wine, and soy sauce. It is then hot-smoked it in small batches using natural wood smoke. The result is a bold, smoky salmon that is not too salty, and simply melts in your mouth! Package contains 1 lb, unsliced.
