Garlic Ham

This large boneless ham is marinated in a traditional brine flavored with garlic inside and out. Hand-wrapped in butcher's twine, then cooked and naturally wood smoked. A rich, savory, smoky flavor with a lightly caramelized exterior. Whole is approximately 8 lbs.
