Uncured Ham

This all-natural, uncured boneless ham is marinated in a special herbal brine and is hand-wrapped in butcher's twine for its distinctive shape. This traditional recipe is how home-smoked meats are prepared in Poland. Cooked and naturally wood smoked and sprinkled with ground black pepper. A mouth-watering sandwich meat with its tasty strip of bacon fat! No added nitrates or nitrites. Whole is approximately 7 lbs.
