This German style pork sausage is kettle-cooked (not smoked), and flavored with a savory blend of spices including marjoram, nutmeg, and ginger. Then it's coated with a signature spice rub of paprika and spices. A perfect contrast to our smoked Polish kielbasa, it tastes absolutely delicious on the grill or baked in the oven! 6" long pork links stuffed in a natural casing.
