Thin Hunter Kielbasa

This famous smoked sausage stick is Poland's "Slim Jim," thin, hard, and chewy. 15" long rings of fine-ground pork in a 24-26mm thick sheep casing with salt, black pepper, garlic, and the signature flavor of ground caraway seed. It is slow-smoked, then air-dried. Very strong smoky pepper flavor and dry in texture. Perfect for traveling or outdoor activities! One ring is approximately 0.5 lbs. May arrive in various states of dryness.
